《发动机电控系统检修》课程是汽车检测与维修技术专业的专业技能课程,本课程采用理论教学与实验教学相结合的教授方法,在课程体系中起专业平台作用,为核心专业课程。本课程旨在掌握电控发动机各系统的组成、工作原理和检修方法,同时会熟练使用检测仪器进行发动机电控系统的故障检测和诊断,为学生做好发动机电控系统检修实训进行知识及技能储备、为学生做好汽车检修企业实习以及毕业后从事汽车技术管理打下坚实的基础。
Inspection and Repair of Car Engine Electronic Control System is a professional skill course for the vehicle inspection and repair major. Combining theoretical lecturing and practical training, this course is a core professional course acting as a professional platform in the curriculum system. This course is designed to enable students to master the composition, working principle and maintenance methods of car engine electronic control systems and be proficient in the use of testing instruments for fault detection and diagnosis of car engine electronic control systems, preparing students’ knowledge and skills to do a good job in the practical training on inspection and repair of car engine electronic control systems, and laying a solid foundation for students’ internship in vehicle maintenance companies and future career in vehicle technology management after graduation.
通过学习,学生应系统地掌握发动机电控系统的组成与控制原理;掌握发动机电控系统检修项目及方法;熟悉发动机电路识图知识;熟悉发动机电控系统检修诊断与故障排除思路与方法。通过学习,学生能够正确使用发动机电控系统检修所需的万用表、诊断仪等常用工具、专用工具;能够正确运用电路图、维修手册等技术资料,实施检测;能够掌握发动机电控系统主要部件的检测方法及参数,并能够正确记录检测结果并进行分析;能够诊断并排除电控发动机不能启动等常见故障。
After learning the course, students are expected to systematically master the composition and control principles of car engine electronic control systems; master the inspection and repair items and methods of such systems; be familiar with the circuit diagram of an engine; and be familiar with the ideas and methods of the inspection, diagnosis and troubleshooting of car engine electronic control systems. After learning the course, students are expected to be capable of correctly using common tools and special tools such as multimeter and diagnostic instruments required for the inspection and repair of car engine electronic control systems; be capable of correctly using technical data such as circuit diagrams and maintenance manuals to perform inspections; be capable of mastering the testing methods and parameters of the main components of car engine electronic control systems, and recording and analyzing testing results; and be capable of diagnosing and eliminating common faults such as starting failure of the electronic control engine.
